Crew Leader

Responsibilities include:

Planting
Leaf and weed clean up
Installation of multi-level brick patios, walkways using brick, stone tile, and flagstone, retaining walls, lighting, waterfalls, and water features

Must have knowledge and skills in the following areas:

Laying of a brick pattern
Transit - must know how to use and read
Ability to read a blueprint
Trustworthy enough to be left alone on a job
Have the work done efficiently and with good quality
Leave the job neat and orderly at the end of the day
Chauffeur's drivers license
Left alone on a job for one or two days with little or no supervision. One Project Manager per day
Ability to fill out required paperwork
Excels in reading a blueprint and transit
Ability to tackle small jobs with zero Project Manager supervisor

Complete knowledge and skills on safety features and operation of the following equipment:

Compactors
Sod cutter
Brick saw
Chainsaw
Blower
Hedge Trimmers
Edging machine
Drive Bobcat
Load a truck
Drive Kubota
